Dominik! Here is your sketch!
Still some changes I need to do with it.. I added some horns on the cage just to give it a little personality, but Im gonna change them a little so they will grow out behind it instead...

I though about colors too;
Blood red roses, dark green leaves, a gold and old rusty cage, the harlekin clown in Orange/purple (and more details in the clothes/suit) just to make some contrast.
I think it would look wicked as hell!!!
The rest of the background we will do freehand so it will fit perfectly to your arm!

Finished the ten armed squid today!

I had so much fun!

 

I freehanded a ten armed squid on his arm..

3 sessions I think. So much fun to work on you, man... many nerdy conversations! haha..

Would love to do more freehand.. it really flows with the curves of the body...

So cool when people really trust you and make you do whatever yu want. Thnx!

BRINGER OF STORMS

Max Morbid from BREED and Hellish Outcast had an appointment today....

Straight from the airport and in to the studio to get his ribs done;

 

The whole piece is inspired by the work of Paul Romano, and is taken from two albums of the band Hate Eternal...

He has also done the art for Trivium, Mastodon and a whole lotta cool bands out there, and is amazing!

I think we started planning this one 2 years ago when I was very fresh... and I was stoked to finally start on it!! Thank you so much for the trust!

SUNDAY SESSIONS

I love working sundays! So quiet and relaxing... and I don't waste the day of just being home hangover or tired. haha..
So I started on Wiennas thigh... a big piece. She has been walking around with bloodlines there for a year now, waiting for the tattoo artist to come back and finish it, but now she asked me to finish it, and since it was only lines I said yes. A really fun picture... But I will wait to post it, because it doesn't look finished at all..

Did the outline on my Candy girl today..

She is a hair dresser, and she has been thinkin' about doing something that shows that for a long time, and since I didn't have any customers today, we found out to just do it!!!

It's gonna be fun to put in some nice colors in here!!! Hopefully in two weeks;)

SOME UPDATES FROM OSLO ROCK CITY

So... drawing at 5 in the morning... not always the smartest thing to do... but sometimes I wake up and get really creative... This was the sketch for a Koi sleeve I had to do...

And this is the result from the first session... Next time we will shade in the background.. and then after that.. colors in the kois and flowers. So much fun!
